Frank Williams serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Evolent Health. A private, high-growth firm, Evolent helps physicians and leading health systems achieve superior clinical and financial performance through value-based care transformation. Frank also serves as Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board Company, a global research, technology, and consulting firm the serves over 4,100 leading organizations across health care and higher education. Prior to Evolent, Frank was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Advisory Board Company where he held responsibility for all facets of strategic and operational management of the firm. During Mr. Williams’ tenure as CEO, the Advisory Board completed an Initial Public Offering in November 2001 and has grown to $180MM+ in annualized revenues with over 800 employees. Prior to assuming the CEO role, Mr. Williams served as an executive vice president of the company, with broad general management and new product development responsibility. Before joining the Advisory Board, Mr. Williams served as the President of MedAmerica OnCall, a provider of outsourced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services to healthcare organizations. He also served as a Vice President of Vivra Inc., a NYSE dialysis company, and later served as the General Manager of Vivra Orthopedics, a division of Vivra Specialty Partners. Earlier in his career, Mr. Williams worked as a Management Consultant for Bain & Co. and co-founded an international business advisory firm focused on privatization and restructuring based in Warsaw, Poland. A native Californian, Mr. Williams received a B.A. in Political Science/Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
